We take great care in selecting and supplying our home décor pieces. Should something not be quite right, the following policy applies in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).


1. STANDARD RETURNS

You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • Original packaging is intact

  • Proof of purchase is supplied

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or supplied in error.


2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom, bespoke, or made-to-order pieces

  • Items purchased on sale (unless defective)

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence


3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


4. REFUNDS

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless required by law


5. INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES

Fees for interior design services are non-refundable once work has commenced. Any cancellations must be made in writing, and work completed to date will be invoiced accordingly.
