2.1 Home Décor Products

We offer a carefully selected range of home décor items available for purchase through our website or by arrangement. Product images are styled to reflect our aesthetic; natural variations in colour, texture, and scale may occur.

2.2 Interior Design Services

Our interior design services are creative, consultative, and tailored to each client. The scope of work, timelines, fees, and deliverables will be outlined in a written proposal or agreement prior to commencement.


3. PRICING & PAYMENTS

  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
  • Full or partial payment may be required before orders are processed or services commence.
  • Payments must be made via the methods specified at checkout or in your proposal.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing without prior notice; confirmed orders and signed proposals will not be affected.

4. ORDERS, LEAD TIMES & DELIVERY

  • Décor items may be ready-to-ship or made-to-order. Lead times will be communicated at the time of purchase.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to suppliers, couriers, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Risk and ownership of products pass to you upon delivery.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

5.1 Home Décor Products

  • Returns are accepted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within the stipulated period.
  • Custom, bespoke, or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless defective.

5.2 Interior Design Services

  • Design fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Any cancellations must be made in writing. Where applicable, work completed to date will be invoiced.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information, measurements, and approvals timeously
  • Reviewing and approving designs, drawings, and selections before implementation
  • Appointing contractors unless otherwise agreed in writing

We are not responsible for errors arising from incorrect information supplied by the client or third parties.


7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, concepts, drawings, mood boards, images, and content created by Danelaconti remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. These may not be reproduced, shared, or used beyond the agreed scope without prior written consent.


8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

While we take great care in our work, Danelaconti shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
  • Delays caused by suppliers, contractors, or events beyond our control
  • Variations in materials, finishes, or workmanship supplied by third parties

Our liability is limited to the value of the services or products supplied.


9. PRIVACY

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).


10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Business are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes shall be subject to South African jurisdiction.
